To secure a place in one of The Sanctuary EcoQuest Retreats, purchase now; space is limited. Retreat prices are for double occupancy, shared accommodations for two people in each Jungle Treehouse. ***Dynamic Duo Deal*** for Couples, Friends, Family
If you are coming as a couple, with a friend, or family member, take advantage of the Dynamic Duo Deal. For certain retreats scheduled through November 14, 2012, invite your partner, friend, or family member to register with you to both enjoy the all-inclusive benefits of the retreat, share double accommodations in a Jungle Treehouse, and save up to $900 between you. If the Dynamic Duo Deal is available for a retreat, you will receive the discount when the quanity is increased to 2 or more. One person makes the retreat registration payment for both; the friendly duo can determine their own way of reconciling the single purchase for both.

All retreat rates are for double-occupancy accommodations (two people share each loft-style Jungle Treehouse), three Gourmet Vegetarian Meals daily, and Costa Rica Taxes (13%). Most of the retreats on our calendar have the following payment options.

Booking Terms

By submitting your payment through our PayPal account, you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement listed below and have read and acknowledged the required information available for you here How to Get Here and here Your Stay.

• Price is in US dollars and your payment is non-refundable. However, if an emergency arises that prevents you from attending your chosen retreat, The Sanctuary offers one year from your chosen retreat start date to redeem a space on another Sanctuary EcoQuest Retreat of the same price or less, if space is available. This is a one time offer and does not apply to Featured Teacher Retreats. Written notification that you cannot attend is required a minimum of 30 days prior to your retreat start date. • No registration is guaranteed until we receive payment confirmation.
• Price includes EcoQuest Retreat with deluxe double-occupancy accommodations and 3 daily gourmet vegetarian meals.
• Costa Rican taxes are included (13%).
• All guests must arrive at The Sanctuary no later than 3:00pm on arrival day.
• No recreational use of Alcohol, Drugs, or Tobacco is permitted at The Sanctuary.
• All guests must bring the required gear items as listed in Your Stay.
• A signed, scanned, and emailed liability waiver is required of each guest prior to arrival.
