March 13-19 | #SISTERHOOD costa rica
with Emily Nolan and Jordan Younger
You belong here. Write it down. Manifest it: Costa Rica, March 13-19, 2016.
You deserve it. Every leg of this journey will be dripping in adventure, empowerment, self-confidence, connection and dedication to your purpose-driven life.
Here’s what we know:
As women, we are infinitely more powerful when we support one another, instead of tearing each other down with comparison or judgment. As women, we are unbreakable when we own what we are, through and through--in beauty and experience. “Owning it” is what creates the vast safe space for other women to find their personal radical self-acceptance.
To own it, we have to trust that we are good enough just the way we are, and trusting is a huge leap of faith. We're asking you to leap with us.
Trust that we can feel whole in our most raw and beautiful state. You see, self-confidence is symbiotic, it grows from the strength of others. It grows from the strength of our sisters. It grows from being exactly who we are, as our truest selves--and deeply connecting on a vulnerable level with our supportive tribe.
Welcome to #SISTERHOOD. This is our sacred circle--and you belong here.
What can we expect from this retreat?
At #SISTERHOOD, you will leave with your soul bubbling over with inspiration. You'll feel confident about your body and supported in your purpose-driven life.
Together in the jungle of Costa Rica, we'll experience inspiration, journaling, support, creative vision boarding, yoga, mindful organic eating, confidence building exercises, surfing (optional), beach bonfires, hiking through the jungle, waterfall swimming, mud bathing, transformative evening truth circles, a special surprise signature day of #SISTERHOOD and a beautiful ceremonial release led by Liz Lindh.
There will also be relaxing downtime for a lazy beach day, shopping in town, getting lost in the jungle, or simply lounging by the pool with a good book. Whatever you choose, you'll never be alone. We're in this together.
So what's included?
#SISTERHOOD is an all-inclusive retreat. From the tree top jungle houses to the organic vegetarian food and the thoughtful group activities and excursions--we've got you covered.
You will need to book your own travel, and bring some extra dough for the taxis (it's a short 10 minutes from the jungle sanctuary into town). Also, make sure to save your pennies so you can book an indulgent spa treatment when you arrive.
All meals are covered on the property, but there may be times that you want to eat at a delicious local restaurant in town. In those cases, you will be in charge of your own expenses.
Should I commit?
#SISTERHOOD is a retreat for the committed. It's for the women, tired of feeling like they're always alone. It's for the women who can use an extra dose of self-confidence and inspiration in their life. We want the women who are ready to break it down and get real with us. We're looking for 14 special women who are ready to change. their. lives. ...Together.
We can't wait to meet you! Get to know us--we’ll be leading you through #SISTERHOOD:
Emily Nolan is the award-winning author of MyKindofLife.com and Chief Empowerment Officer of the nonprofit self-confidence yoga event, TOPLESS. Together, with celebrated best selling author and cherished blogger Jordan Younger, from The Balanced Blonde, these ladies will guide a powerful group of 14 incredible women through #SISTERHOOD, an intimate women's week of self-confidence and active, healthy living. At #SISTERHOOD, Emily and Jordan will hold space for each beautiful woman to bask in a one-of-a-kind Costa Rican adventure while taking a much needed spiritual deep dive into self-love and reclaiming their purpose-driven life.
A message from the two of us:
We call it like it is--we're sisters. We're tribal women that support each other's every desire and goal. It feels so right, to feel heard, to feel a supreme sense of belonging, to feel good enough just as we are.
We look forward to sharing this intimate, one-of-a-kind experience with you. Welcome to #SISTERHOOD, our women's week of journeying into self-confidence, radical self-acceptance, moving our bodies and reclaiming our purpose driven lives.
