Dec 25 - 31, 2016 | Clear the Way for 2017 with Liz Lindh
It is about the journey more than it is about the destination. Each moment of our life is important. We can choose to savor, infuse with purpose and take refuge in those "in-between" times; the spaces between big events, life milestones and important days on the calendar, or we can let them slip away while we wait for what is happening next.
This year, choose that week between Christmas and New Year's to restore yourself, to set intentions, to get recharged by the Sun and to do something epic. Come to The Sanctuary at Two Rivers to practice Yoga every morning, meditate in the jungle, dance like no one is watching, soak your bones in the warm Pacific Ocean and clear out what ever you are ready to release to make space for the New Year.
