Yoga Instructors, Body Workers, Journey Facilitators and The Sanctuary at Two Rivers Directors. Alex and Zanna although originating from different worlds, Zanna from the UK and Alex first generation Cuban - American both grew up dancers and are infinitely curious of the healing power of movement and breath. Their intention is to hold a safe and exploratory space, to release, to connect and simply just be. Providing tools for self discovery and connection that you can take home with you and continue to grow with long after your time in the jungle. This retreat is a return to the sacred power of simplicity, connecting to the sanctuary within.
